Refund policy

Initiating a Return
Shoppers can return eligible items in their original condition to us within 30 days with
proof of purchase. Items returned beyond this window or without proof of purchase
are not eligible for refunds. Shoppers are responsible for covering the shipping costs
to return items to us - please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. We
recommend selecting a tracked shipping method to receive delivery confirmation - we
cannot guarantee or be held responsible if we do not receive your returned items. If
processing an exchange, we cover the cost of shipping to ship exchanged items from
our warehouse to you. As we outsource our shipping, we are not responsible for shipping timelines or delays by Canada Post or UPS.

Return Eligibility
Charity items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Final sale
details can be found in product descriptions on our website.
If the returned item(s) is not in original condition (presence of pet hair, stains, odour,
worn, etc.), it will not be eligible for exchange/refund.
Please note that shipping costs applied to the original purchase are non-refundable.

Return Processing
Our team will fully examine your item(s) and refer to the included Return Form to
fulfill your request. Please allow approximately one week for processing in our
warehouse - if we are unable to fulfill your
request, we will reach out as soon as possible. If you are entitled to a refund,
please allow 3 to 5 business days for this to appear on your original method of
payment.
