Our apparel is manufactured in Canada and the USA depending on your location. If you are located in Canada, any hoodie or t-shirt purchased will be made in Canada (with exception to the "Royal Blue" and "Light Pink" hoodies).
YES! We offer Free Shipping on orders over $150 subtotal within Canada and the US (before taxes and after any discount codes). The Free Shipping option will automatically appear on the shipping page during checkout if your order qualifies.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items (in their original condition) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. You will need proof of purchase, and items returned beyond this window are not eligible for refunds.

Our warehouse team will process your order within roughly 2 to 5 business days. Once fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping notification with your tracking number - keep an eye on your junk folder for confirmation and shipping notifications! Your tracking number will update within 24 hours once picked up by the shippers.
Please note, warehouse processing times are not included in delivery estimates seen at checkout. Once parcels leave the warehouse, the shippers will deliver your parcel based on your selected shipping method. As we outsource our shipping, we are not responsible for shipping timelines or delays by Canada Post or UPS.

Once your order or product(s) have had a refund issued, refunds may take approximately 5-10 business days to appear in your account. Please note that processing times can vary between banks.
We do not cover the costs of returning/exchanging items. All returns should be paid for by the customer.
Please ship your items back to us and include our Return & Exchange Form with your order details and request in your package. Shoppers are responsible for covering shipping costs to return items to our warehouse.
To be eligible for a refund and/or exchange, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, in the original condition and packaging that you received it in with proof of purchase, and purchased within the last 30 days.

How Can I Create An Account?
To create an account with us, head to the top right of the website and click ‘account’, then ‘create account’, fill in your details and a verification email will be sent to the email address provided. Once this has been verified you will be able to log into your account.
Can I Link An Account To Previous Orders?
If you have placed orders previously, when creating a new account use the email address linked to your previous orders and this will recover your orders for you.
How Do I Reset My Password?
To reset your password head to the account section of our website and press ‘forgot your password?’, enter the email address linked to your account and a forgotten password email will be sent to this inbox asking you to reset your password.
How Do I Add A Shipping Address?
To add a new shipping address simply log into your account and head over to ‘view addresses’, from here you can open the add a new address button, fill this in and save the shipping address details for future orders.
How Do I Amend My Shipping Address?
To amend a shipping address, log into your account and open ‘view addresses’. From here you can edit any shipping addresses which you have saved.
How Do I Delete My Shipping Address?
Deleting a shipping address is very simple. Just log into your account, navigate to ‘view addresses’ and delete any unwanted shipping addresses.
Can I Change My Email Address Linked To My Account?
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to transfer accounts across email addresses.
